Homemade paan flavor ice cream

Ingredients

1. Paan Leaves chopped 4

2. Meetha Paan 2

3. Milk 5 cups

4. Sugar 1/2 cup

5. Khoya/mawa 6 tablespoons

6. Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 tablespoon

7. Gulkand 2 tablespoons

8. Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Step 1:

Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third its volume. Remove from heat and add sugar and mix. Add Khoya and mix. Set aside to cool.

Step 2:

Add fennel seeds, gulkand, green cardamom powder, paan leaves and Meetha paan and blend everything together in a blender. Strain the mixture.

Step 3:

Transfer into an ice cream tin and cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set.

Step 4:

Unmold, slice and serve immediately.
