Chocolate brownie at home

Bored of eating bakery cakes and pastry or Indian sweet dishes then try something new. Here is a step by step recipe of how to make chocolate brownie at home.
Ingredients
1. 175g Cadbury Bourneville
2. 175 g unsalted butter
3. 3 medium eggs
4. 250 g caster sugar
5. 75 g plain flour 6. 40 g Cadbury Bourneville Cocoa
7. 50 g chopped walnut Steps step 1: Preheat oven to 180 ⁰C, gas mark 4. Grease and line the base and sides of a 20 cm square cake tin with baking parchment.
Step 2: Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Cool slightly.
Step 3: Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, pour over the chocolate mixture and fold in.
Step 4: Sift in the flour and cocoa and fold in the nuts. Pour into the prepared tin, making sure it goes right into the corners and bake for 25-30 minutes. The top should be crusty with a slight wobble underneath.
Step 5: Cool completely in the tin (can refrigerate overnight which aids cutting) and then cut into squares or triangles.

Your Chocolate Brownie is ready to eat, you can add on chocolate sauce at the top, sprinkle some more chopped walnuts, and even eat with Vanilla ice cream. It will turn out to be more Delicious.
